Authenticity: The theme for 2014

    Why am I just seeing this?! Favorite quote (I almost pressed pause to write it down right in the moment, but I was too invested in watching!):

    "This is not a new year's resolution, this is just the thrust of what I want for my life and it starts right now."

    Love it. Love you. Trying to keep my workout going even when I'm not at the gym. Thanks for doing this and congrats on your resolve!
